What are the arrival and departure times?
- Our check-in time is at 4:00 pm, and check-out time is at 11:00 am.
- Should you arrive before 4:00 pm, we will do our utmost to expedite your check-in process.
- Kindly ensure that you are at least 21 years old and have a valid state-issued ID on hand for check-in.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans may need to change.
- Our cancellation policy requires notifying us at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
- For reservations made within 24 hours of check-in or on the same day, they are considered nonrefundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only to the original credit card used for booking.
What does the resort fee include?
- Our daily resort fee encompasses a variety of amenities to enhance your stay, including two beach chairs for seaside relaxation.
- Guests also enjoy access to our outdoor pool and hot tub, convenient onsite parking, complimentary coffee, high-speed Wi-Fi, a vibrant Tiki bar, engaging lawn games, onsite dining options, beach umbrella and chair rentals, and a fully-equipped fitness center.
Do you have space for private events and weddings?
- The Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel is the perfect location for an intimate beach wedding, corporate retreat, or private event.
- We have interior rooms that seat up to 80 guests, onsite dining and catering, and beachfront access for all guests.

- Stay tuned as Rising Tide Seafood Company will offer delicious meals in a fresh space, featuring beachside dining, a kids’ play area, and a lively tiki bar.
Are you a pet friendly hotel?
- We welcome up to two dogs per room at our hotel and offer a limited number of pet-friendly rooms.
- We have a one-time charge of $75+ tax, per pet, per stay. Service animals are welcome and are exempt from fees.
- All pet waivers must be completed upon arrival.
- Please note that pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to persons or property.

Do you offer a beach chair and umbrella service?
- Yes, beach chairs are included in the hotel’s resort fee.
- Beach Chairs are placed on the beach each morning for guests to use as needed.
- Umbrellas are provided and set up by the staff upon request.
